Victoria has spent over 17 years building departments and companies with experience across finance, sales and marketing, and operational development. She is currently President of Frank M&C, Inc, which specializes in helping both owned and client businesses scale through strategic planning, improved messaging, and enhanced financial, operations, and sales systems. In this role, Victoria has served in numerous executive positions for clients, and built and sold two companies, an owned ecommerce business, and a visual communications business where her team developed solutions for over 500 clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Victoria cofounded the San Diego Changemaker Chat series, a women focused educational series. She serves as a mentor for a number of accelerators and is on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Air & Space Museum. She is a member of Tech Coast Angels, and the TCA chair of the 2018 and 2019 Quick Pitch with TCA, SDVG and Cox Business. Victoria was recognized as one of San Diego’s Next 40 Top Business Leaders Under 40 by the San Diego Business Journal. Prior to San Diego, Victoria was a Director at Water Asset Management, LLC, a $400 million asset manager, focused on capital raising and investor relations across a water focused hedge fund, private equity fund and direct investments. Victoria was also a member of the Investor Relations and Marketing team at Apollo Global Management, LLC and participated in raising over $2.5 billion for a number of strategies while overseeing investor relations for a $300 million credit fund. Victoria graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Finance.
